Good for a boutique hotel. I stayed here for 6 days for work and some pleasure.
The front guest services team were amazing. There was a billing issue where the wrong person was billed but they were able to be patient and supportive.
The rooms were painfully small but they were clean and welcoming. The bed and pillows were out of this world! Best sleep I’ve had in a while.
The wifi is not free which I’m not sure as too why? There’s also no parking due to the location. But it’s located in a great spot and walking distance to everything you could need.
The food at the restaurant located in the hotel was subpar.
There’s this random rooftop lounge on top of the hotel which is always jam packed and so busy. You can never get in even if you stay at the hotel.
I would recommend this hotel.

Very good stay with room for improvement!
We were lucky to arrive and meet Mariam Ibrahim at the reception desk. Mariam is an example of excellent welcoming service.
On the other hand, in the breakfast buffet we got into an ugly situation because we had asked for basic cream cheese for our bagel. The lady I charge of the buffet was the extreme opposite of what service should look like. We never came to the buffet again even though we were entitled to it as Platinum members.
Other than that it is a new , very beautifully decorated hotel. Great location in the beautiful Chelsea neighborhood .

Nice hotel, first time here. -reams clean and spacious. Nice location, lots to do around here. Staff have been a bit hiss and miss. Front desk super helpful, but getting into the restaurant for breakfast a little less so. All in all, very good and I will be back again. All staff wearing masks and most guests. Gym is smaller that it looked online, a few treads and bikes, plus 1 peloton.
