It is impossible to make an appointment, I do not get it.

One of their chairs is really good for my delicate lower back. I ordered it in person from this location about 6 weeks ago. They said it would arrive within 2-3 weeks. When I followed up last week, they sent me a tracking number for a package delivered in a different state. Zero response since then. Update: two months since the order was made, some communication back and forth, still no chair.

For the past month I've been trying to schedule an appointment to enter the showroom. When you call the number, it just goes straight to voicemail. There's not even an option to leave a message, the automated bot is on a loop. I've emailed them three times to no avail (before and after the holidays). Idk how you're supposed to try Steelcase chairs if NO ONE is getting back to you.

Whats the point of having a showroom if you have to schedule an appointment? Might as well should go with Herman Miller who actually have a public friendly store if my money isnt welcomed here

Not open when any working person can get there. If company makes such dumb decisions - makes me question how good their chairs really are.
