DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I reserved & paid for a spot on Spot Hero early in the morning. When I got there at 7:40am, the manager was standing outside to tell me they were full. I told him I reserved a spot and already paid. He said oh well were full and I could barely hear him with his nonchalant attitude. He told me to call for a refund and never once even tried to show he cared nor apologized. Thankfully, Spot hero has amazing customer service. Moral of the story: go to any other garage in the city

This garage is tiny and tight with an entrance only one lane wide. They pack so many cars inside you can wait a half hour for them to get your car out. They sell spaces on spot hero when the garage is full. If you want to have an anxiety attack, go stand by the office waiting for them to get your car out while they let more and more cars in, never turning anyone away.
