Showtime Pictures Empire LLC

I went to the Empire State Building last year and had some pictures taken by Showtime Pictures- they were an additional 50 dollars so we opted to not get them at the time. Fast forward a year later- the pictures are meaningful because it was one of our first dates- I contacted them to see if they were able to retrieve them but they said they could not find them- I gave them all the necessary information including date, time, and even included a picture of us on that day. They still couldn't find anything at all? How does a picture just disappear from the system? It just seems like no one bothered to even look for these pictures and it was honestly a waste of time.

Pictures I took at the Frost Museum of Science in Miami are not available to download using information provided by employee at the museum. That's fine, errors happen, but getting no support after 6 attempts of contact by email and phone is not acceptable. Lost my money, time and patience!
