This park is the best thing to happen to wadsworth Terrace a little gem situated right into the center of things but yet hidden from those not familiar with the neighborhood ,Gorman Park I'm sure has spoiled the nearby residents and myself included. When I would walk my dog I didn't realized how convenient it was ,now that I'm an adult I'm glad it's not a swing park, but a park that gives comfort and rest, a place where if you're not ready to go to your house you can sit in the park and if you have groceries you can rest before climbing the stairs to your house since for those without the elevated option. Washington heights consist of nothing but hills and few flat lands .So yes we should give thanks to our parks.

Don’t even bother with these people. First they lied to us and sent uncertified plumber who arrived 3 hours late. He was at the job for an hour and promised us to provide avaluation.
They never followed up and after reaching did not even respond the email. Then the they made il the story as if we had another plumber there which is not their because it was us, 2 board members and unit owners only présent.
I called them and they denied the involvement again.
Basically what we figured is that this is an plumbing company that provides unliscensed plumber service.
I could get through the Managment.

Even denied have the email communication in file..
she said it was automatically deleted.
It was wast of our time , 4 of took time off from work to get this This is the sketchiest and most dispectful treatment
