        Exciting find, great taste, reasonable Nyc price, smaller meat portion than expected, would come again. Making clear soup with lots of flavour is difficult, as those that have made consomme would know. The broth here is both clear and packed with flavour, which is impressive. It also makes the meal feel less oily and also lighter. Tried one of their standard ramens, the first on the menu, and nearly everything tasted great. Do wish the chicken had a bit more flavour, but the broth is flavorful enough already. and also wish there was more meat but understand pricing concerns.
