One of my favorite Thai spot. Their food is really good, mango papaya salad must try!! Place is usually busy, definitely worth the wait.

Been looking forward to eat here a long time and it was just as great as I imagined. We had everything from snails to fried rice with crab. Also the green mango salad and crispy noodle was delicious. All drinks were great. Would definitely come back!

Interesting food but definite not up to Michelin Star expectation. More hype than substance. I don’t think any Thai will recognize the food as Thai! More of a western interpretation of Thai food which tasted below average. Environment is crowded and noisy with Thai music that I doubt any reasonable Thai restaurant or establishment will venture torturing customers with. Very disappointed with Michelin’s judgement. A complete miss. Not recommended.

When you can’t choose between two desserts, what do you do? GET BOTH! Uncle boons did not disappoint, both desserts were so fantastically executed. Uncle boons is currently my favorite Thai spot in New York, because each dish has a distinct and unexpected flavor. Michelin Star well deserved!

The most ridiculous, rude and unpleasant customer service ever. Restaurant pretends to be creating fake demand by trying to be exclusive, but they are just plain rude and make you feel like your business is not welcome, basic lack of culture in the waiters and the manager and the hostess. After being told to wait for 2 -2,5 h for a table they called us an hour later and demanded we are there in 10min otherwise have to wait another 3 hours for a table (or perhaps just stand by the restaurant with our party hoping to be served) it was all told with “go to hell, we’re to good for you†attitude. I’m an internationally recognised artists, travelling the world. and I am a restaurant goer from Michelin star restaurants to many other fancy places, but I have never experienced such an unpleasant treatment and such lack of trying to accommodate people. Won’t ever come back and don’t recommend anyone to even bother. Food might be ok but there are better Thai places out there where your service is welcomed with a smile.
