I highly recommend Nest Abstract. We could not find a company that understood how to transfer a title from a private owner to a LLC. Cesar was absolutely amazing. He knew how to do it, always responded to my texts and calls, and kept us informed of the progress. If you need any title work, I 100% recommend Cesar.

I was having problems getting a title policy written with another company Because a mortgage payoff from 2006 had not been filed correctly. I called Cesar and he was able to look at the report and tell me exactly what we needed to get coverage. We ended up moving forward with the first company because the fee had already been paid, but next time I will call Cesar first. He was super helpful in getting the process moving forward and didnt request any payment for his time. Very professional.

I had the pleasure of working with Cesar and Maritza to get a transaction to settlement in a tight timeframe. I used Nest abstract on 2 recent purchases and was extremely pleased with their service. on 1 occasion, Cesar had to go back and obtain a policy from his old company 8 years ago to clear up a title issue. I am extremely happy with their service would recommend them to anyone.
