I wish I could give half-star! We recently moved on June 1st, called them on June 5th for the service. Poor service, missed pick-ups days occasionally which is very horrible and annoying, We are just paying for nothing. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!!

We used Boon & Son's for almost 4 years and until recently, they have been pretty good. Our trash has been forgotten a few times here and there, but after calling them to notify them of the issue, it has been corrected the next day. Recently, they were bought out by Castella, and it's been a horrible experience. Two weeks in a row our trash hasn't been taken and even after calling and emailing, they have yet to follow through on picking up our trash after saying it would be taken care of. We have cancelled our service with them because it's clear that customers are not a priority. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Terrible service since being bought out, 3rd week in a row not picking up my garbage. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL CASSELLA

Again this week, 3rd time since new toter and buy out, my recycling toter is over flowing and has gone without pick up. It’s very frustrating as week recycling and the garage piles up with things. Seems they are encouraging us to not recycle and to just throw everything in trash. I have called 2x in this already and again yesterday no recycle pick up. You can’t miss the house as I have a pink bin and large rolling Casella toter to be dumped! Pulled back to the garage again this week. So frustrating, oh and the price increases. Don’t recommend.
