        Staff who come to the house are professional and polite. My problem is the short notice that is given to homeowners that employees are coming. I often have other engagements that does not allow exterminators access to the inside of my house where the problem exists. I don't understand why the company does not have a regular schedule or be more flexible. Services: Rodent extermination, General pest inspection

        All staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Jake came over, inspected the property and gave an estimate. An appointment was made quickly. They arrived at the time quoted. Everyone was very professional. I highly recommend this company.
