Found Wayne's Plumbing Service through a recommendation and could not be happier with their work. Wayne and Jeff were incredibly helpful when our 3 year old hot water heater broke. They took the time to contract the makers of the new unit, (a replacement as it was still under warrantee), to make sure that they had the correct install instructions and parts needed to switch out the old one. They were gracious about fitting us into their busy schedule, made sure that we understood why the old one failed and how they installed the new one. Highly Recommend Wayne and Jeff from Wayne’s Plumbing. They were on time, courteous, kind, hard working, knowledgeable and efficient. Our hot water tank started dripping when I was 39 weeks pregnant. Challenging when you are planning a Home water birth a and could go into labor at anytime. I am so grateful for their skill, knowledge and ability to efficiently replace our water heater. They also came in masks ready to get to work ! Even though it was a tight fit under our old basement stairs they made quick work of it and had the old out and the new in in less than 10 minutes.
