Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else...this man filed my taxes on March 20 2021..spelled my name incorrectly. When I pointed it out he rushed me out because "he had another client coming soon"...did not take any accountability for not reading what he wrote before hiting submit on his computer. He had my driver's license along with all my paper work with my name. We are almost at a year since I filed with him and I did not received my refund. He was completely rude to me and did not seem to care. Very arrogant, the whole time he kept on bragging about how good he is at his job and don't know why people go to queens to do their taxes. His excuse is i dont know why the system took it when its is spelled incorrectly, im like its a computer its not a person, you are the accountant you are supposed to have great attention to details. I had to file an amended report, and when I go to irs.gov there is no answer as to when I will receive my refund. Messing up someone's finances and couldn't even open your mouth to apologize says alot about you. You validate why people would travel hours away to get their taxes done the right way. I wish I could give this zero stars.
