Incite at Troy Apartments

Katy and Sydney, the property managers, have been amazing with the entire process of signing the lease to living in for the past few months. Location is great and everything went above my expectations as an apartment complex. Highly recommend for upperclassmen college students in the area who want a safe, nice housing option.

In the heart of Troy, the new building provides a secure and clean stay for residents. During my residence, staff was very welcoming and extremely accommodating. Residents have also been considerate in terms of noise and cleaning up common areas. This is by far one of (if not) the best places to stay in Troy. Thank you Incite!

I have lived here for about 7 months now, and after living in a bunch of other locations around Troy, I have to say that the Incite is not only the best value for its cost, but also the nicest location to live. Located in the heart of downtown Troy and right on the river, the views from my windows in the morning are simply beautiful. The top notch security the building has and the attached heated garage also gives me a lot of ease as I relocated to off campus housing from my University. In addition to the physical features of the building, the two land managers Katy and Sydney are perhaps the nicest and most outgoing people I have ever met. On multiple occasions they went above and beyond for me to make sure I was comfortable and safe in their building. I extended my lease once specifically because of them and if I didn’t have to move out of state for work I 100% would extend indefinitely. I have dealt with a lot of horrible land managers in my time in Troy, so meeting these two is truly a breath of fresh air and they 1000% deserve both a raise and promotion. If you are looking for somewhere to live in Troy, live at the Incite.

Sydney, the leasing manager is such a lovely, warm person! Not only that, she is attentive, organized and gets things DONE! You won't regret it if you decide to live there. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and my pup during our tour.
