They made a partial plate for me and the thing broke repeatedly, I can't chew food now. Don't waste your time on this place, keep looking and find a place that'll take care of you.

My mother came here to become a patient and they denied her because her teeth and gums looked too “disgusting”. She was so embarrassed and didn’t go to a dentist for years out of shame. Now she has early signs of mouth cancer and her teeth need to be removed to save her mouth. If west side did their job instead of discriminating their patients, they could have saved my mom’s teeth a long time ago. My mom fled a military regime and didn’t have the access to a toothbrush and toothpaste everyday growing up so the condition of her mouth was out of her hands by the time she decided to go to west side.

I had a rough time with a previous dentist who did unnecessary rootcanals so I came here to get my teeth fixed the correct way and I am so glad I did. I recently had dental surgery which involved 9 extractions and grinding my top front jaw bone down so I no longer would have a large overbite. Once the sedation medication wore off finally that night I couldn't believe how little pain I had. Dr.Aurora does amazing work and I can't thank him enough! I wish I had came here to begin with and never went to my previous dentist.
