Needed a tow around 430am but no one was on duty till 730am. So much for 24/7 roadside assistance. They didn't help me when needed. Useless service if they aren't there when u need them.

I have been a member of AAA for several years now & I've had really good service. Until Quality Hill Automotive out of Canastota New York flatbed my vehicle on 3/11/24 & took it to my mechanic in Rome. I slid on icy pavement bumping the curb causing my control arm on the driver's side to break. After waiting 3 and 1/2 hours for the flatbed & being bounced around between the Utica AAA club & the club that handles the Madison county area & after working a 12-hour shift it was very annoying. Then I'm informed that the tow truck driver damaged my front driver side fender my nose clip and my grill. On 3/25/24 I'm told that they cannot hold the tow company liable because there's no real proof that they damaged my vehicle. WOW....
