        Retailer was good i was sold a broken phone could not get it replaced without paying upgrade ...i just bought phone two days ago. Did not notice crack....i was willing to pay for phone.....absolutely unacceptable to be charge an upgrade fee for a phone that was sold with a crack less than 48 hrs prior
