While my options were kind of limited due to my finances, I had options and out of everyone I initiated talks with, the guy who runs this place was down to earth and down to business. No bs, no upselling, no frills, just a solid transaction. This may not be everyone's preference, as there wouldn't be so much charisma tied into selling cars culturally if that wasn't successful, but I prefer a simple and stress free situation environment and I got that. Even when my financial situation improves, I'll be coming here first for my next vehicle.

In July of 2015 I purchased a truck from Finish Line for $5,000.00. When it came time to get it inspected in July 2016, in PA I was informed that the frame was so rusted that the body was barely being held on, and the brake lines were rotted almost all the way through. I ended up selling it for scrap for $500.00. this was after I just put $800.00 in tires on the truck. now I am left with nothing to drive and no money to purchase another vehicle !

Matt the salesman in Utica was good besides that Dave the owner is a dishonest crook. I had my vehicle less than 24 hours when the problems started, it's day 5 and I am stuck without a running vehicle. Do not buy from this company, they do not stand behind their vehicles.

I do not recommend this auto place if ur looking for a reliable, dependable car. When I bought the car I found several things wrong with the car. I told the sales guy to address them. They did a half ass job and I continued to have the same problems. My check engine light turn has been coming on and off a week into me having the car. They told me to bring the car in so that they could get the code, so I did. I sent my car a third time to their mechanic which mind u is 45 to an hour away to get fixed. I was almost a week without my car to get it and 4 days later my check engine light is on! I call Finishline upset and the guy tells me that unfortunately they can't fix the problem if the light isn't on. Now I know I'm not the smartest when it comes to cars but it makes no sense.Whats the point in getting the code if it doesn't tell you what's wrong so it can get fixed. On top of that my passenger door lock/unlock button doesn't lock the doors. I told them about it the 2nd time it was sent to the shop and they never fixed along with my A.c. and a faulty speaker. They never fixed them and when I asked why not the sales guy tells me that it wasn't cover under my warranty  and they couldn't repair it.
