Cardiology Associates Of Northern New York

This office is horrible. The past three months I had to call this office for a typical prescription refill, since I don't see my PA until November. They don't answer the phones, they push all calls to the answering machine. I leave messages after messages in regards to getting my prescription refill order sent to my local pharmacy and they never send it. Today after calling Thier office last Friday and today Wednesday I stopped at my pharmacy to see if they sent the refill order. The pharmacist said we sent a request on the 20th and today the 24th, they haven't responded so I can't refill until I receive their order. So I get in my car and drive up there. It wasn't pretty, I had a few words for these lazy receptionist. I was Hot. Thier receptionist are lazy! I asked for a written prescription because I am now out of my prescription and need it. They would not give it to me. They had to fax the Dr. For approval. Are you kidding me. THE DOCTOR IS IN THE SAME BUILDING. Two doors away. But they would rather have you go without your meds for three more days. ANSWER YOUR PHONE'S you lazy receptionist. CHECK YOUR MESSAGE MACHINE, you lazy receptionist. I have started to look for another doctor...I'm done with these jokers

Customer service has been going downhill for the last few years. I called today to confirm my appointment time and purpose and was treated like an annoyance, I cancelled. On a previous appointment the PA treated me like a machine that needed maintenance-She said I want this, I want that. Not any interest in how I felt about the care or plan. What is this, the 1950's? Come on people at least ask if the patient wants to be part of the discussion, because I do!

Long story. I had emergency appendectomy in March and they found masses that I need to have removed. I went through all the test appointments thats required for surgery. They schedule my stress test for the 3rd of August. Surgery is the 11th on July 26 th called and canceled the stress and put me on a waiting list. I get a call all I need to do is covid test and ekg on the 6th. Cool right least I thought. The surgeons office called and said I have to have a stress test done. Kate wont give me clearance for surgery without it. Mind you I had surgery in March and did completely fine. My heart attack was 2008 and have had many surgeries since then. Then I was told it will be two months before they can schedule the test. Really we have know since March. I have lost 31lbs cant eat and stay in pain. Im so disgusted and angry right now.
