        You should probably change your status to closed permanently and update your website. I ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday only to find out 2 days later that you havent been open for a couple years.

        USE ANOTHER FLORIST. I live in another state and went to order my MIL flowers on Friday 6/5/2020 to be delivered 6/6/2020. I hopped on google maps and found their website from here. I found a beautiful arrangement, placed an order, and RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT THE FLOWERS WOULD BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. Saturday comes and they never arrive. I wait til Monday to be able to find out what happened. The lady stated that store is closed and has been since 5/1/2020! WHY IS THIS NOT POSTED ON YOUR WEBSITE!?!?!? WHY ARE YOU STILL ACCEPTING ORDERS?! Thanks for the let down.. the lady said well I'll let the store know they weren't delivered. What good will this do?? And your website & google maps still shows that your open!

        My boyfriend bought me a beautiful bouquet for my birthday. The Lillies never even opened and died. This was less than a week of having them and I followed the care instructions to a T. With how much money he spent it was a big disappointment not being able to enjoy them.

        I'll always go to Sherwood florists first when I need flowers for any occasion. They give a personal touch to every arrangement that I have requested. They do a fantastic job with all they do. The shop is easy to find on Washington Street Watertown.
