My experience with Mr. Leepy of NNY Homes was very good. Mr. Leepy took his time to understand our needs and follow through with them. Mr. Leepy was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and patient. Its what you would expect from a realtor. I highly recommend NNY home to sell your house. I have faith in his knowledge of knowing what hes doing. He did way above my expectation on meeting our needs. I have no doubt that if you choose Mr. Leepy, you will not be sorry. William and his team were amazing to work with! I am an agent in Florida who had a listing to refer to an agent in upstate New York. After being unable to find anyone in my brokerage, I took to google and after talking with William Leepy for 5 minutes I knew he would be outstanding! From beginning to end and in all aspects of the transaction, William and his team did all the right things and my friend felt well taken care of. Our house was sold on the first day without even posting a sign. William followed through attaining a second full price backup offer the next day. He and his crew posted beautiful photos of the house and property to include awesome aerial photos and a great Facebook live posting.
