Big Man's Cab

I've used this cab company a few times, and they are a LOT better than yellow cab at least. I've never tried any other cab companies so I don't know how Big Mans would stack up against the others. I've had a good experience whenever I've used Big Mans Cab, they have always been reliable.

Use this cab service 4 days of the week & always do time calls. Was 20 minutes late for my time call. Extremely upset. Late for work. & no one really had an reason to why he was late.

The company is unprofessional half the drivers are not under insurance and the cabs are unsafe for driving they are completly falling apart

This is easily the worst cab company in the city. Not just one bad experience with this place, multiple. They are corrupt people, and the drivers constantly try to charge more than the actual price that the dispatcher gives you. This goes on literally all the time, no matter what time you call them it seems, and has been for years. In addition to that, they will tell you 30-40 minutes and then never show up, on multiple occasions, and then if you call them they claim that it somehow got cancelled by someone. But the worst part was when one of the drivers gave my wife incorrect change and then lied about it. Place is full of absolute scums, unfortunately sometimes there is nowhere else available. Only go with this company as a last resort. Should have 1 star, I'm assuming just family and friends bothered to review thus far. My wife called today also to try to get home from work and they never showed up so 40 minutes she called them back and they claimed someone called and cancelled the appointment, which is absolute nonsense for one thing, and completely false. Then she said twenty minutes and 40-50 more minutes later she has another excuse. Never go with them, all of them are ignorant and completely incompetent. Period.
