Auto Outlets in Webster, you are all amazing! In my entire life has buying anything been so smooth going. Look, the place is so clean and peaceful. The cars they sell are all of top quality. The staff is so professional, friendly, kind, caring, have great listening skills, their knowledgeable and willing to help in anyway they can. I have never ever been so comfortable and relaxed. I just can't say enough about them. A special kudos to Nico...omg thank you! You are an amazing person! I wish all of you the best. Keenan was my salesman, and he was super helpful, no pressure dealership. Really enjoyed my experience and the atmosphere. Keenan was very professional while still being able to share some laughs!! 10/10 recommend.

Initially like other reviewers of auto outlets of Webster, I was very happy with my purchase, the salesman went above and beyond to accommodate my emergency need for a vehicle. He even bought my very old Saturn that died in the lot. All the bells and whistles, all to have to replace parts a month down the road. Then replace the same parts again, the radiator fan stops working, coolant peppered all over the engine, constant leaking of coolant before I even put 200 miles on the car. I kept up on oil changes and the car has now been sitting in my driveway for the last 6 months. While paying on it. They made it so easy for me to purchase too! Basically did everything over the phone except for signing the papers, once I reviewed the loan realizing that the number was not going down much I realized that the price he told me over the phone was different than the paperwork I signed. When I contacted the office to let them know I have been having issues and that the car does not run he told me to bring it in. You mean pay for a tow for a car that I have had not even 2 years that has been causing me problems since I took it off the lot. He also told me there was a sunroof and said sorry when I got there and there wasn’t one. But my car died and I was stranded with a lemon. Have since been stranded with a lemon. I have reached out on two different platforms but seems they dont want to talk.
