        I've been going to Dr Friedman's office for almost 3 years, if you need to get braces and you want your teeth to look great, Dr. Friedman is the orthodontist to go to! and the staff is just the best!

        Dr. Friedman and the staff were amazing. They were all very welcoming and very nice. They would answer any questions I asked and would always ask for my opinion on what I wanted for my teeth. I miss how we would all talk about many things and how they would always greet me with a joke or a smile. And I love how my teeth turned out. I would recommend them to anyone.

        Incompetence at the worst level. My sister had an Invisalign treatment for 5k. After the complete treatment her teeth were still crooked and she developed a jaw locking issue as a result. Both issues were completely ignored by Dr.Friedman. He stated he would have to loose $500 out of his pocket to order another set of aligners that would completely make her teeth straight. Instead, he shaved off part of her front teeth to have an illusion of being straight and just gave her a set of retainers. After her retainer period ended (two years) her teeth went back to the original crooked position. He finally said theres nothing he could do other than give her braces for 2k. Waste of money and time, I would avoid this practice.
