        Let me mention that the garage is much better than doors that where there.But and there a couple of them ,the garage door is not level and it was never mentioned that might happen.The locking system doesn't work after only the third time using it.And for 3200 hundred it should be perfect,I will say customer service and her name is Barbara and she is just the best I would give them 5stars for her service.

        I am completely satisfied with Sears Service. Actually I can't believe that service like this still exists. It is service with a smile. If all service companies were this it would be fantastic. Julio was my service man and he was competent, patient with all my questions and did a super job. I strongly recommend this company. From the first call to the office to the completed job it was a pleasure to deal with this company.

        The service person was excellent but I needed a remote for the service to be completed. I was charged over $80 for the remote and learned after he left that I could have purchased the same remote for one-third the price.
