I only went in to buy a SIM card while I was out of town on work, but I have to mention John. He was helping two other customers when I came in, and seamlessly and personably transitioned between myself and the customers he already had. He was jovial and helpful, and I was in and out quickly despite him still helping other customers. Keep it up John!

I had a great experience upgrading my phone with John. John was very helpful and walked me through the process start to finish. I did not feel rushed, and he was patient with all my questions and concerns about switching to a new phone. I will be a repeat customer at this Verizon location and have already recommended John to several friends who are also looking to upgrade their phones.

This Verizon store is where I got a great costumer service amazing staff very friendly and helpful I appreciate the manager for the service of attending our situation quickly and efficient manner. Wish that the first representative could solve it and save me the time of waiting for the manager to approve it. Thank you.
