Frank's Cucina - NY

COVID aside, food hyenine should be top priority. The women who operate 'Franks Cucina' in the 660 White Plains Rd Café need a refresher course! They use the same gloves over and over after taking them off to use the register or after placing them in their pockets and putting them on again. I've witnessed now on more than one occasion scooping toppings with their gloved hands instead of spoons, way to contaminate. One of them snacks from the cheeses or hot food bar and will continue to serve you with the same gloved hands. Just common sense for food safety that is missed. Such a shame since they just reopened after a long renovation and raised prices.

Frank's Cucina is the best! Always provides excellent food and great service. You'll never go wrong.

Doesn't seem anywhere as good as it use to be. I'm not sure what has changed. It's still a good deli. But like always, it's always crowded when I happen to stop. And it's always pretty pricey. But maybe the crowd still says something.
