I called for a service request in NY and all I got was an "Oh Gawd" and he hung up on me. Not sure as to why as I barely had 10 seconds w/ him to inquire if he works in my area.

I had to call up J&C Garage when my electric gate went of the tracks and gotten jammed up. They got here pretty quick and took a good look at the problem and was able to come up with a solution on the spot. Didn't take them much time at all for the repairs and got it working with ease.

A tech from J&C came by and gave me an estimate to repair my garage door. It was a reasonable price so we went ahead with the repairs. They did take long at all and they did a fantastic job with everything. Now my garage is working a whole lot better than before.
