Deck Expressions

About the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Placed an order for some deck lighting and after a few weeks of no change in status I messaged customer service for an eta. They gave me a date a few days away and promised a tracking number right away,. Day came and went no order no tracking number. Reached out again and was promised a tracking number but the end of the day. Two days later no tracking number and customer service has an out of office for the next week.

These guys have great customer service. I bought a pair of nice-looking glass solar post lights, and when one of them began to fail to recharge a representative immediately sent me a different pair of batteries to try. When that didn't work, they recommended a replacement solar cell for a reasonable price (the item was cheaper than the shipping!). But the new replacement solar cell was too big to fit, and so they sent me an entirely new light, at no additional charge. I was impressed by how quickly and professionally they responded to my problems, even though the post light was already more than a year old when it failed. No product can be guaranteed to be without possible problems, so this kind of great customer service is a wonderful thing.

Ordered 6”x6” vinyl post sleeves from Deck Expressions during a difficult time to find any building products. Every time I called Deck Expressions they were very professional and straight forward with their answers. Deck Expressions explained the difficulty of finding products during this time period and would fill the order by the week’s end. True to their word the order was filled and shipped two days before there deadline. You can trust what this company tells you, they will hold true to their word!

I only needed a single item and some screws. My local diy store only allowed orders of at least 5 pieces. Deck Expressions had exactly what I needed. They immediately contacted me with a question about my order and I received my package within a few days. I'd recommend them to anyone.
