I used to love this dentist. Ive recommended many people who began coming here from my employer. It wasnt until I had to reschedule due to death in my family twice throughout the pandemic and I was basically yelled at and scolded by the lady who answered the phone about this being my second time rescheduling . Not even giving me a chance to explain. She just yelled! I asked to speak with a supervisor or the Dr. When she said she is some form of supervision. I wish I remembered her name so I can include in this review! Ive never been talked to this way by ANY professional. I will never recommend anyone else nor will I ever be back. Hire people who know how to deal with people! Especially during a pandemic. HORRIBLE!

Dr. Rao and his staff are always outstanding - so friendly and genuine! I recommend this practice to anyone who wants a family-friendly dentist.

This is my first time having so much work done in my mouth and I was pleased with the out come . Mr. Rao, was patient, caring and gently with me. I am terrified at the sight of needles and he had a technique that he uses so that you don't even know that the needLe is in your gum. He is my Dentist and the best Dentist I have ever been to. The office is clean and the Staff is the BEST.... I recommend Dr. Rao and this dental office to anyone who need the best care. Thank you

Dr Rao is a true professional. Explains every thing clearly and very patient. His office is very accommodating and works with your schedule.

Dr. Bavar is excellent. Clearly explains procedures beforehand, is pleasant and patient, has a very steady hand, and his experience shows. Highly recommend. Especially for those that put off going to the dentist for too long due to anxiety, like me. Great guy.
