Just wanted to thank you because they were both beautiful and delivered in plenty of time for the service. Needed 12 dozen red roses for wife's birthday. They arrived late and the quality looked like a very sad bunch of weeds. Very unprofessional telephone staff, basically told me I was lying. I dont see how they are still operating as a business. This company needs to re assess their customer service etiquette and learn how to be more accommodating for their clients.
