    I was staying on the 3rd floor and had some very heavy walkers above moving around all night. After a while I couldn't take the noise anymore so I went to the front desk and asked if they had any rooms available on the 4th floor. The lady working the desk (Karrie Ann) looking her best at 12:30am quickly got me a room on the 4th floor and now I can sleep peacefully. Thank you very much Karrie Ann

    I'm trying not to let my experience with service affect the other rating, but here goes. We were flying in with a toddler that still sleeps in a crib. We were trying to avoid bringing a pack-n-play for him so we wanted a hotel where we could get a crib. My wife called this place before we booked to see if they had cribs available. They said they did and to call back after we booked to make sure it would be in the room for us. I booked online and put a note in it to request a crib, and also my wife called back to make sure they saw the note and to also note on their side we needed it. We were assured it was so we were set. We get in about 1030pm and my kid didn't sleep on the flight so he was really tired. We check in and I asked about the crib and the front desk said it should be in the room - great. We get to the room and there's no crib. Not a problem, I go back to the front desk and let the front desk know the crib isn't in the room. I went to go park the car and came back and the front desk was on the phone and said they'll get it taken care of for us and bring the crib by. We get ready for bed and my daugther took the pullout couch to go to sleep. We put my son in bed with her so he can try to fall asleep while we wait for the crib. He doesn't. After waiting a while my wife goes to the front desk to ask what the status is on the crib. Everyone went home for the night and the front desk doesn't have the keys to where it's locked and the manager is trying to be contacted about this. Finally we get a call about 1145 from the front desk saying the manager said we couldn't get a crib tonight which was the sole purpose we booked at this hotel. My son doesn't sleep in anything other than a bed by himself as we found out as he was up until 3am. We have stayed in other places where we brought our own pack-n-play and he slept fine. Breakfast wasn't bad. I wasn't charged for parking like others have mentioned. I am still upset that we weren't provided a crib as that was a main reason of staying here. Slept from 3am-7am and feel like I didn't get much value from staying here because of the crib we didn't get.
