    The panels came on date stated for delivery and very well packed. I loved the way they look on my wall. Great change from the outdated wood panels we had. I have included before and after photos. You have a great selection to choose from and the videos you provide to help with the installation were very helpful! I would definitely recommend to others.

    We ordered a faux wood beam in the "Dark Walnut" finish and what showed up is lighter than natural oak. We understand things can get mixed up and humans make mistakes (I certainly make mistakes white often) therefore the real problem is the customer service people refused to even acknowledge that this is wrong. Would anyone call this (pictured below) "Dark Walnut"? All she said was that we should have ordered a sample (blaming us for not doing this step ahead of time) or we can stain it ourselves and that in order to return it we need to pay a restocking fee and pay for shipping which will likely cost more than the beam. It is mind boggling to me that companies can survive by operating this way. It is very unfortunate. That is why we have reviews so I felt personally obligated to submit a review.

    Easy to cut to fit. Easy to install. My 16 ft. distressed beam went up with blocks only. No adhesives needed. I made the corbels to match using only a grinder. I have ordered in the past, have ordered presently and will order in the future. You will not be sorry to order this product.

    Great service at the beginning. Quick turnaround. However upon delivery of the product it states that any order errors or damage must be reported within one day. Only half my order was in the package (states box 1 of 1) and three quarter of what I did receive is damaged. I tried the listed phone number eight times throughout the day. This includes using multiple cellphones and landlines. The automated system does not transfer the call. Upon emailing my concerns I was told I needed to call in on the number listed. I responded that I have tried calling and the issue is on their end not mine. I also attached photos of my questions and concerns. I have yet to receive a response. I see, based on other reviews that this is not the first time this issue and lack of communication has been reported. I'll need some communication that this is getting resolved based upon the deadline provided or will be refusing the credit card charge quickly. Very let down based upon the cost of product. Was very excited when the package arrived. Now, it's just taking alot of extra time on my part. Update. Today another box arrived with the remaining order (even though the first shipment said box 1 of 1). Each box specifically states to inspect and report damage within a day. Upon opening the second box, 100% of the panels are damaged. UPDATE 11/11/21. Upon being contacted by a caring representative named Jessica, all my issues have been resolved in a satisfactory and professional manner. Prior to this rep, I did not receive caring support and only told that I have to call the "non working" phone number and did not receive any additional help. I am now very happy with my finished project and would purchase again, now knowing that assistance is available by others who care and can think outside the box when the phone system is not working.
