I won't go anywhere else in town for alterations! Hem tape failed me the night before I was heading out of town for a wedding I was a Groomsmen in and I brought the pants in first thing in the morning and explained my situation and the lovely couple running the shop was so helpful. They got the pants hemmed up an hour before I had requested and cut off the tags and ironed the pants for a little more than the normal cost to hem. After one experience, Arcade Alterations has earned a customer for life!! Thank you!! Service: Alterations

The shop was very out of order things all over the floor. The lady almost tripped twice. As I was trying on my dress for her to alter a large Rat ran across my right foot. Never going back this was the second time I had tried this place. My neighbor went back to get her pants and they were not there. :((
