AT&T Store

This was a bad day, that turned out to be a great day! When I went into the store I was in a not so good mood! You see I had left my phone a a store and it was returned three days later. When I got it back it said no sims, and a new carrier on it! I had been without a phone for quite some time, and went all avenue to fix it! So my last stop was to take, it to AT&T! The guy that worked on my phone at first had the same problem that I was having! He wasn't giving up! I was flabbergasted because I've never seen this before at any company that I've been with! He's made me a customer for AT&T for life!

KT and Hunter provided both my wife and myself with fantastic customer service regarding our plan inquiries. Their knowledge and professionalism are top-notch. Both are a great asset to this AT&T location.

AT&T might have good products or services, however; without good customer service to support them, nothing else matters to me. We just dropped them after having AT&T fiber internet for 5 years. This is because we needed the fiber relaid and reburied after an accidental cut, and the time consuming chaos that ensued for 3 weeks. From our perspective and experience, the departments don't communicate with each other. They are not prompt, efficient, honest or caring. There were two missed appointments with no reason why when questioned. The good news is there are plenty of other carriers out there and one has already quickly welcomed us aboard. Do your research and read reviews before choosing carriers.
