Amazing doctors and staff! I highly recommend you take (especially) your children here. I have been going to this office for many, many years. My son is almost an adult. They are so patient and organized. I am always excited to see Dr. Sharma, as it seems this man never has a bad day, and I am sure he does. My sons appointments are always on time and accurate. Even with the change of staff I have not been disappointed. If you want care designed to your specific needs. Choose this provider.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE OR SISTER OFFICE IN GREENSBORO. They had my child School medical Authorization forms for 3 weeks and lost it, SCHOOL COULD NOT GIVE MY CHILD HER MEDS. BECAUSE OF THEM. They only care about $$$$$ not you Health. DR. SHARMA and the Nurses are very unfriendly and could care less. My daughter was suffering a asthma attack because they told us to take her off her med due to upcoming skin test. i called the nurse she said her symptoms was like covid19 which was not the case she is high allergic to dogs, cats and was having reactions due to be around kids with pets and not having her MEDS. PER THEIR DEMAND TO BE OFF OF FOR COUPLE DAYS. WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THIS TO HER AS A NATURAL UPSET PARENT SHE WAS EXTREMLY HATEFUL AND HUNG UP ON ME. THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE PARENTS IF PARENTS HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS THEY MAY HAVE. IF YOU RESIST THEIR DEMANDS THEY REFUSE TO SEE THE KIDS, THEY SENT ME LETTER DEMANDING MY CHILD SEE ANOTHER PRACTICE BECAUSE I QUESTIONED THEM ON ISSUES AND CALLED THEM OUT IF I GOT CONFLICTING INFORMATION FROM HER PRIMARY CARE DR.... I Gave HER MEDS and she was fine within a few hours. NURSE NEVER SUGGESTED giving her MEDs. to see if that would help and offer to call back and CHECK UP ON HER. I tried calling the Nurse hotline back couple times after the hang up BUT THE NURSE NEVER RETURNED ANY CALLS FOR EMERGENCY like they suppose to. Corporate office in Greensboro lets this stuff happen they never call back either when People have COMPLAINTS i have called them also. RECEPTIONIST WHO ANSWERED PHONE WAS MORE OF NURSE AND DR. THAN THE REAL DR. AND NURSE WAS, SHE WAS WAY MORE UNDERSTANDING AND POLITE SHE WAS THE ONE WHO SUGGESTED GIVE MEDS.
