    This dealership is the place where I will take my Fiesta from now on. I used to have it serviced at University Ford in Durham, their service is not close to this dealer. Stearns Ford provided excellent service! I have two examples: 1. I needed a special funnel for the sealed gas tank opening. It is supposed to be in the trunk, somehow my son lost it. Tim from service thought that I had run out of gas and was going to come and help me! Luckily it was not an emergency, so he ordered the part. Two days later, $6 bucks I had the funnel. 2. My son broke the handle on the driver's side of the car. The parts department looked to see if they could order the assembly because it is a simple install (screwdriver, 2 screws). The only way to get the piece was to order the entire door panel. They suggested I try calling two salvage yards first to see if I could get the door panel cheaper and just use the part I need. They wrote down the names and numbers for me to call!

    Stopped there for a replacement broken stone guard. Parts department quoted me $99.31 found it on line for $5.03, not sure they were looking at the correct part even though I showed them photos.

    lengthy review!!!! I went for an oil change yesterday. The wait time was ridiculous, especially when you made an appointment. I was there 2.5 hours. Not really sure what the purpose for an appointment is. After 2 hours the guy came and told me 1000 things was wrong with my car. even down to my back windshield wiper blade (lol). I didn't come for all of that. I only came for an oil change and they OFFERED me a tire rotation. They didn't do that because they said my tires were bad. (They're new tires btw.)The things they said I needed done was not right. I went to 3 other places just to check and make sure. The only thing that was actually wrong was I needed break fluid. That was only thing that I was told the same thing about. This makes people feel like you guys just want money and you don't really care about you customers. The customers don't really be needing all of those things done. I will say the customer service was good. The ones that originally help you when you first pull your up to the service department. The only reason to even give one star. Other than that I will never be there for any kind of service again.
