LGI Homes - Bedford Hills

I cannot stress enough not to purchase a home through LGI please don't wast your money you will be so stressed out. I haven't even been living in my home a good 4 years and already need the roof to be replace. Water damage through the ceilings in 2 of the bedrooms upstairs. To make matters worse they still never came and fixed the floors from when we first moved in.

They do not want to help you after you buy the house within the first year my refrigerator went my microwave went and my stove went and I had to replace Id still do not have a microwave and I had to buy an Emeril air fryer because my stove still does not work my walls are cracking my doors dont stay shut the frame on my front door is not centered and you cant get up with anybody they dont want to call you back they dont wanna return your phone calls The project managers dont call you back and its its just a headache and if they do not offer a very good first time buyer a lot of houses in our development are having problems Or have had problems theyve had a cut my house in half because they signed off on something that was not done I did it extremely quick and Ive got a lot of issues with my house do not buy from these people Services: Paint indoors, Design, Project management
