I called and was quoted a starting price of $40 ($15 service fee $25 labor). The technician was then given my information and called me. They quoted me $130. The technician called back asking what I was quoted elsewhere after telling them all other companies had quoted me half that and I wasnt interested. After this the main company called me back and hung up on me after I asked that they stop further contact. The company that I went with informed Me that Key Me is known in the business for price gauging, cursing customers, and using racial slurs. I dislike that they have my address. No other company needed this information up front.

I was skeptical at first because it was unclear that the key was arriving at a later time in the mail. The key was cute as I had chose a Pink Hello Kitty key. It arrived and works perfectly!! The key was a little expensive at $10.86 for a key! I would not have gotten had I known that. However it was an efficient process.
