I usually move myself so I was a little hesitant with using a moving company. The guys came in and got the job done in half the time I expected. You guys definitely have me as a repeat customer!

Broke all of my items and the worst communication ever. Must have called over 100 times to get updates. Said driver was in hospital for high blood pressure for 2 weeks. I know trucking companies. Liars and theives here. Have claims in contacted the DOT and MoveRescue. Have also sued them for damages they should not be allowed to operate.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I would not give any star if I could. We were promised a same day delivery which turned into four days of constant attempts to call the company and the movers and a lot of issues. It was a real hassle throughout the whole process from trying get them to first pick up the things and then to get them to the destination. They arrived a day later than scheduled in the evening, packed the stuff until late and left the rooms full of tape and cardboard pieces behind, including a door they took out and did not put back. They told us that they would deliver on the following day, then after numerous calls we had a lady from the office confirming delivery another day late and acting like it was a personal favor. The driver arrived with the load, but the company did not send the movers to unload so we had to wait again. They finally hired a local moving company to unload our stuff after many negotiations (and after being threatened with a lawsuit), but did not tell them that they had to both unload and install the furniture. So the movers came with no tools. To make the story short, after paying a lot of money for the move my husband ended up installing some furniture, moving stuff, and offering his own tools to the movers. Not to mention the days we had to stay without our things (out of state move), could not leave the house waiting for delivery, and the constant back and forth. The people working for Jeff lie, do not pick up their phones, do not follow the basic rules of business communication. And when confronted with the issues, they have the guts to tell you that by contract they have 21 days for delivery. We even had the owner on the phone who behaved as his employees and said that he trusted his guy (against clients). Be aware, this is not the company to hire. DO NOT TRUST what the dispatcher is telling you! They would say anything to have you pay the deposit, then they change rules, deadlines, time frames as they go. We wonder why are they are still in business?!
