I highly recommend Edwina for your passport services. She knows her stuff and can advise upfront if your application is good or not as well as review and correct information if needed. One advice she gave me was to take passport pictures at camcor and not at a regular drug store as they often take bad pictures that get rejected by DoS and people applications get delayed because of that. I applied for expedited service and received all of my paperwork and passports back in about 7 weeks.
