I can only say How impressed I am with Charlie and the rest of the Company with the job they did at my home. They worked with me from the start on my needs and request for this roof I had and to get me the price quickly. From there they quickly worked me into the schedule gave me everything they promised and the installers were very professional and the workmanship was incredible. I called over a month ago and asked to have someone come out to do a roof inspection. The receptionist was very polite and the rep called me the next day. I understand the rainy weather kept pushing back the ability to get on the roof. Messaged the representative several times and he said he would be out there and then would never show up. Schedule it again and he didn't show again. Tried messaging him again and ignores me. I heard good things about this company but I will not be chasing you down for you to take my money.
Update: the owner, Donnie, reached out and wanted to correct the situation. He apologized and had his guys out next day. They inspected the roof and found a few trouble spots before they became bigger issues. They were able to fix it very quickly and I would highly recommend if you have any problems to give them a call for your roofing needs.

I had issues with a leaking roof. The guys came out and immediately pinpointed the problem and promptly fixed it. While out here they assessed my roof for further issues and found another area which they were able to quickly fix. They were thorough in explaining and showing me exactly what the problem was. The owner Donnie followed up to make sure I understood what was fixed. He and his team of roofers were very pleasant to deal with. I will certainly use them if I ever have a future need.
