Regina ,the manager hides behind the phone while secretly ripping off customers. Since most of the people in Carolina can barely read or write, customers fall prey. What's worst is they don't even know it. You think your going into a Metro store, but it's their third party vendors ,Cell Touch. Went into to get a new phone. Never had any problem with this store or the company until recently.They deducted funds from my account and lied to police saying they did everything to help. Total lies,in fact, I was downgraded. No worries, I will get my money without returning to the thieves . Of course the right way

Bought a new phone. Aimee couldn't have been any more helpful or kind. Second time I've purchased a new phone at this location and it's been a great experience both times.
