        Waited 45 minutes outside when we had a reservation for a budget truck! Time wasted and on top of that we didn't get our truck because they never came!

        We reserved a truck 2 weeks in advance and on the day of they called and said our truck was not going to be available. They told us if we wanted the truck we would have to drive to Virginia to pick it up. They were rude and would not compensate us at all. We ended up having to rent a truck from a different company and pay a lot more money because it was the day of. Very disappointed!
