        We have spent many hours at putt putt with our kids now our grandkids, it has always been a great experience and tons of fun. Last week we took our 5yr old and 10yr old grandkids, putt putt was great. We went to the arcade room, most all games not working. Our grandson won almost 800 tickets, he put them in the counter and it jammed at 300. My husband reported it and thats where it got crazy. The counter guy said he was lying several times, I had a picture for proof, he said he cheated then goes and gets a bat. This grown up was threatening a child, at this point my husband had to step in and tell him he needed to rethink what he was doing. My husband reported this to management and a the response was, well we cant have that. This is no way to treat a child, a customer that has spent money at your business.
