Made an appt with them to have dryer ducts cleaned and inspected. The technician George called at least 1/2 before to advise of his ETA. George arrived on time, inspected the system and advised of work needed. He also provided a detailed quote for approval before performing any service. Accepted the quote and George performed the repairs in a professional manner.

My experience with Dryer Vent Wizard of Greater Charlotte was world-class. My technician (Matt) was on-time, incredibly professional and knowledgeable on the dryer services that he was performing. My dryer has been operating more efficiently ever since the cleaning and repair that Matt performed. I would highly recommend Dryer Vent Wizard to anyone in need of Dryer cleaning or repair! Your Technician George visited to help me with my clothes dryer vent problem, which I have been struggling with longer than I care to admit. George arrived exactly on time, did the inspection of my clothes dryer vent, and found it was totally jammed with lint. When I first purchased this house, the clothes dryer vent contained a bird nest. The "girl scout" me crawled up into to he attic and replaced the cheap plastic vent hose myself. That lasted a few years until it got clogged again. A friend of mine found the hose contained a wasp nest and thought he could fix it. After going to Home Depot for me he gave up. George was very knowledgeable and his evaluation was thorough and he determined the whole cheap system was out of code. We decided to replace the vent hose system with something durable and in code. Finally, we are extremely pleased to be able to fry clothes and linens efficiently and not have to dry the same load a dozen times. I feel extremely lucky we got George. He was able to arrive, evaluate, install, and finish the job quickly. You need to clone George! He was wonderful. Perfect to solve a big problem here.
