Apple Northlake Mall - Closed

I stopped by because I need to purchase a new phone, but I couldnt get the phone I wanted. These guys seem more equipped to selling phones for a service provider (a 3PL for the big 3) then selling them outright for Apple. I dislike how these Geniuses really believe they are a genius. How about a little humility and not assume you are the smartest person in this interaction. If you really were a Genius then you could meet people at their level and offer better customer service. You would also have the answers or know where to get to get the correct answer to my question. Neither of each took place during my visit.

I still buy all my Apple products directly from Apple instead of through various carriers. I find their services usually exceptional and they know what theyre doing. My only comment on this visit is it was a bit difficult to set up the reservation online. It just seems like its gotten a little tougher these past few years it was much simpler back then. But nevertheless everything worked out well we got an easily and out quickly and they were great

The atmosphere was quite different, better. Maybe it was the time of day that I visited. Pleasantly enjoyed the shopping experience. Not a lot of food choices if you a person that enjoys eating out while shopping. Overall, my willingness to try this mall again after 4 yrs I'm glad that I did. Much better.

I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment and was instantly checked in and seen. All employees were extremely helpful and professional. This was a great example of great service.

The absolute worst management customer service, Shari was very nice and informative! She was the only on that helped me through the process.
