The location is amazing, it's right next to campus so it's walk-friendly. The apartments are very nice and spacious and allow for a very comfortable living experience. The landlord is very caring and will put your needs first. Highly recommend this option!

Great off campus living! Rent is affordable and the apartments are right across UNCC so very easy to get to campus.

Landlord is attentive and helpful, rent is affordable, and neighborhood is calm. Across the street from university campus and next to recreational fields. Good choice for off campus student living.
