Chad was very professional and easy to work with. His team worked fast and almost finished replacing the roof on our ranch house in almost a day. My neighbor was so impressed that he hired them to replace a roof too!

Lundberg Specialty Services has been my best contractor experience to date. David helped me understand the process from the beginning and made me feel like his top priority. From the adjuster process, (which he David was involved in from the beginning) all the way through to completion of the project, the experience was seamless. David committed to a date and made it happen on that day. Not only that, but our 4.2k sq. ft. house (plus a sun room) had the entire roof replaced in one (1) day. The crew arrived exactly on time (very important as our HOA has rules about when they can begin work) and got right to it. They were professional, clean, and worked throughout the day. It didn't feel like there was a moment of downtime. When the project was complete, my yard was cleaned immaculately - I had neighbors driving by and saying you couldn't even tell there were a dozen people running around the yard all day. Most importantly, our roof looks GREAT. Dave's team pulled the old roof off completely, made multiple repairs to the plywood underneath, and replaced the roof to the exact color we liked. David and his entire team (Jenn, Chad) were excellent to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Carolina's. Thanks Lundberg team!
