There is no office. You can only call and I found the representative that answered to be rude and arrogant. We booked online and bought permits for fishing as well. When we checked into KOA Cherokee Campground we were told we weren't allowed to fish because of a tournament. I tried to comain that this was NOT noted on their website and she hung up on me.

My family and I recently rented a cabin from Miriam Blakely of Panther Creek Cabins. When my family and I arrived at the Mountain Springs Cabin we were extremely disappointed. The cabin was right on the road and I knew that I would not feel safe allowing my children to play there. When we called Mrs. Blakely, she was extremely rude and would not allow us to say a word. She then proceeded to hang up on my husband and myself three different times. She then came to the cabin and was very hostile in front of my young children and refused to refund our money. I feel that her business practices leave much to be desired and I feel like she has stolen from my family. We had to pay another 200 plus dollars to stay somewhere else. My family and I have been visiting Cherokee for over 25 years and this is the first time I have ever been treated so harshly. Regretfully, Crystal Suttles of Morganton
