I'm giving a 2 because well one I know kids will get sick a lot during these times, she's 3, but getting sick as soon as she gets back is ridiculous, we pull her out of daycare when she gets sick to not further her sickness, and she's been very sick, I feel there aren't going above and beyond to make sure everything is sanitized, I've tried to get I touch with page for like 3 weeks no response and when I finally do, she's like nobody has relied a message to me to ca you back very very unprofessional! VERY!! For a 5 star daycare seems like they only care about the money! I would t recommend this place!! DONT GO THERE or if you do plan on taking a lot of days off to care for your little one!!! I did like her teacher Mrs crystal though!!

As a Florida transplant, I was thrilled to see a Primrose close to our new home. We attended Primrose in Florida, and for the hopeful easy transition and ease of transition shock for my 4-year-old, I chose this location. The transition was amazing, similar teaching techniques, my daughter came home exhausted from learning and playing (still does almost a year later). Throughout the year we have encountered numerous home difficulties, we had an apartment fire in our building and were displaced. The school was very helpful and willing to work with me financially to ensure my daughter kept learning and when we moved back into our home that we had everything available for us to continue life. As a single mom who has a rotating shift schedule, they have been an amazing asset to have in my care village. 4 year olds are learning how to cope with life and feelings and I feel they have done a great job in allowing my daughter to express herself as well as keeping her safe and letting me know when there are issues. My daughter has excelled in learning while being here. Their activities throughout the year with parades, bookfairs, and class parties make it easy for parents to be involved with the classroom. As one who works in a high employee turnover environment (nursing) and used to work at a daycare in teenage years, I completely understand the nature of frequent teacher changes in the work culture post pandemic. I have never had an ill experience with the teachers they bring in and the ones who have been there majority of our time. My daughter has never mentioned being fearful or unsafe with teachers. We have only been here a year and will be transitioning to kindergarten soon, but I will surely miss the Primrose family at both Hope Valley and our Florida location. Should any more kiddos come along they will be my first choice in child care!

I worked here less than 2 months. I told them going in I sat down with all of the management and the owner and told them that I was trying to conceive. I told them I was high risk and that If and when I get pregnant that i would be high risk. 2 weeks ago I found out there was no heartbeat and went back to work the next day. Once the miscarriage happened I was out of work for a week but I had Drs notes for every day I was out. During my time out I was asked to come in despite the fact that I was on high pain meds (opioid) pain meds. They said they did not need me to be 100 percent they just needed me there. They have been so short staffed and blamed teachers for it when really Mrs Susset is completely clueless! She has no Idea everyone told me to run out of this place the week I started this job and I should have listened. They hire anybody even people who are not qualified to do this job just so they dont get in trouble by state. State has been here 4 times in the 2 months Ive worked here. In13years of childcare experience Ive never seen anything like it. I lost my baby and lost my job due to my pregnancy. I hope they have a lawyer for wrongful termination. Every single one of my days were excused absence. Thanks for the lack of compassion to someone who has just lost their baby.

We were there from 2020-last month with our two children. I would have recommended them without hesitation until recently when there were some administrative changes. There has been a mass exodus of teachers with very little to no explanation, several NC state violations such as not feeding infants as directed by parents, staff not receiving sids/cpr/first aid training, and multiple ratio violations with very little transparency from the school about what is happening and their plan. They have been pretty nasty to the teachers and even told them they cannot take mental health days during a staff meeting (I saw the handout from the meeting). It makes me really sad that we had to leave to keep the best interest of our kids in mind. I really hesitated to leave this review but I think parents should know that the primrose today is not the same school it was before. I truly hope they can work on things and become more transparent with families, supportive of staff, and take ownership of their mistakes.

I'de love to give a positive review but I can't. Your child will be safe here. The after purchase customer interaction however is non existent. We spent 70k here over five years - I expect more with that kinda spend. In year two primrose rolled out Procare (whether we wanted it or not). Procare is a private equity owned data tracking company where a myriad of data/photos/notes is entered into their database to track your child's development, parent interactions, etc. Upon exiting primrose to enter kindergarten I contacted Tony and Norma requesting that our child's data be deleted from the procare private equity companies servers. I have data privacy concerns given we are moving into an AI era. Our child's photos and notes are still in Procare. Procare and primrose have gone silent. I'de gladly amend this review when the issue has been resolved
